About me

.Hi, I'm India.

I'm an introvert, empath and sensitive soul who has worked in high stress and highly confidential environments such as the police, children's services in government, family services in the not for profit sector.

Since the very beginning I have always been interested in people and why they behave the way they do.  I've naturally sat back and observed the world and seen connections between people, events and places that others miss.

 My formal qualifications are:
  • Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) from the Australian National University, Canberra. The topics I studied were  mostly terrorism and sociology with some media studies and linguistics thrown in the mix.
  • Graduate Certificate in Arts (Criminology) from the University of Melbourne. Again, terrorism featured here with a bit of torture and policing added in.
  • Certificate IV in Applied Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management.
  • Certificate IV in Kinesiology from Kinesiology Schools Australia, Byron Bay.

I have training and indepth understandign of power dynamics, resilience and trauma, communication, action and implementation.

In addition to these formal qualifications, I’ve spent my time reading about, observing and trialling ways in which to address our day to day anxieties, confusion, boredom, exhaustion and depression.

The result is a huge database of information about group dynamics, trauma and resilience, policing and emergency services, sociology, spirituality, kinesiology, basic neuroscience and the power of writing.
