How I can help:
Together we will rediscover the keys to YOUR self-care, and the small, repeated steps that will help you feel better today, allow your body to process heavier emotions, and build resilience sot hat you can get back on track. Through the series of emails we'll uncover exactly what best energises, inspires and motivates you, and I'll be your accountability buddy.
Once you have found more solid ground, I put forward a range of convention and unconventional options so that you can start your own journey with an informed understanding of the strengths and possibilities, as well as the potential pitfalls and risks of various holistic and conventional approaches.
As part of my 6 module program Crisis To Connection I present a range of options and different ways of thinking your situation in a way that is practical, productive and builds your new empowered insight into how you want to best move forward.
Because I understand that you may not be ready yet to take the leap to talk to a practitioner, this course is self-directed and can be done in the privacy of your own home. You might also be keen to start to take steps while you are waiting for help to become available, or might not know who is best for you.
You don't need to talk to anyone, you receive resources directly to your inbox at weekly intervals. The resources might be information sheets, task sheets, a video blog from a practitioner I think might be helpful to you.
The format of the course is:
- 6 x info sheets and self-reflection journalling tasks on 6 different topics, listed below.
- 7 day a week email access to me for 6 weeks to check in, ask questions, provide feedback or progress updates.

About me
I'm someone who knows what it's like to juggle high-risk responsibilities with personal self-care. Having worked in industries such as emergency services, youth justice and the community sector, I know what it's like to be pushed too far either through systemic stressors like workloads, or interpersonal dynamics. This is why I’m so passionate about sharing my tools to recognise the early warning signs and strategies to prevent others from entering the Red Zone.
I've learnt to identify the KEY factors to balance in myself and others, and made sure that it won't happen again. I'm also a kinesiologist (you can read about kinesiology here). This means that I understand the interrelatedness of our emotions, our diet, our perceptions, our beliefs, our environment with our happiness, our energy levels and our health.
The strategies I present here, as options for consideration, are grounded in the latest trauma informed evidence and have helped people like us overcome significant adversity from a broad range of angles. The type of information that is included in this course is expert insight from :
- psychiatrists who believe that nutritional changes can change emotional states,
- individuals who have suffered sustained early childhood trauma, or work related trauma disorders and through luck or timing (or both) found the right practitioners to return their brain function to it's natural state,
- practitioners like yourself, who have trialled and tested conventional and unconventional methods to find meaning out of adverse life events.
I also recognise the importance of confidentiality, trust and respect when doing your best to navigate difficult circumstances. I also know how challenging it can be to navigate all the different options when you aren't feeling at your most trusting or most discerning.
I'm here to be your advocate, for whatever path you choose, and believe that the right practitioner MUST deliver results.
It is my passion to help you find the right practitioner who delivers the best results for you.
About you
It's ok, I get it. I know that you are already a very capable person who knows how to look after themselves, you wouldn't be able to survive in your job if you didn't. I know that you can push aside your needs to get the job done, and I know how important this is for you.
I also know that sometimes we have unexpected life glitches that can trip us up. Maybe it's ongoing financial strain, health issues, draining family or friend commitments. It could also be a significant life event, or unexpected hurdle too.
Because we are responsible and we want to keep our personal life separate from our professional one, we can push through the discomfort. Sometimes we can push too far and for too long.
Before we know it we are in the Orange Zone, you know, the one before the Danger Zone.
You know that you are in that Orange Zone when you:
You don't want to enter the Red Zone and you don’t have to. There is a way to get back on track that doesn’t involve drugs or therapy.

What people are saying about the service:
"Between the email support, the modules and added bonuses I really feel that this course offers outstanding value. Throughout the course I've rediscovered the little self-care routines I used to have, but had forgotten, which was lovely! I've also found India's recommended resources like the Way of Life and Buddhify app really useful to get my days off to a good start. India's optional remote kinesiology session has transformed my perception of a traumatic event I had held in my mind for 12 years. It really has changed my perspective of the events that occurred and my role in it."
" When I look back on that session I have a sense of ease and flow... (even though) the content was very emotional and difficult...India created a very supportive space for me to feel safe and secure .,.we also spoke about practical strategies and measures that may help when with difficult experiences. Things seemed to shift quite a bit for me after that session. My nervous system was significantly calmer, my focus improved, I excelled in my studies, and I had a lot of wonderful things happening in my life. I implemented strategies that India and I focused on and deeply appreciate the insight I gained about allowing the body to process trauma in its own unique way. I highly recommend India’s services and all that she brings to the table"
