On the Crisis to Connection 6 week e-Course
"India's role is as a guide; a facilitator... Through her course, she presents her gift for systemising the process and presenting the information in a clear and compassionate way. India is the calm voice of reason that everyone who is in a traumatic state needs to guide them through."

"Between the email support, phone calls and the modules and added bonuses I really feel that this course offers outstanding value. Throughout the course I've rediscovered the little self-care routines I used to have, but had forgotten, which was lovely! I've also found India's recommended resources like the Way of Life and Buddhify app really useful to get my days off to a good start. India's optional remote kinesiology session has transformed my perception of a traumatic event I had held in my mind for 12 years. It really has changed my perspective of the events that occurred and my role in it."

I was working in the disability sector with a very mentally unstable client who died in a traumatic manner whilst I was working with her. Right after this a close family member also experienced a severe psychotic episode with traumatic events involved, which rocked my family to the core.
After some time I realised that these experiences appeared to negatively impact upon my own mental health and I swung between exhaustion, irritability, increased alcohol intake and feeling very sensitive much of the time. Being a mental health worker I recognised that I should seek help and had a session with India.
When I look back on that session I have a sense of ease and flow as she worked with what came up. The content was very emotional and difficult but India created a very supportive space for me to feel safe and secure. We also spoke about practical strategies and measures that may help when with difficult experiences. Things seemed to shift quite a bit for me after that session. My nervous system was significantly calmer, my focus improved, I excelled in my studies, and I had a lot of wonderful things happening in my life.
I now work in an acute mental health inpatient unit and I continue to be faced with traumatic experiences on a regular basis.
I implement strategies that India and I focused on and deeply appreciate the insight I gained about allowing the body to process trauma in its own unique way. I highly recommend India’s services and all that she brings to the table.
