Welcome to Module 4
Congratulations for completing the first 3 modules! We have now reached the half way mark, hooray! By now you may have learnt more about your self care and found a deeper knowledge of what works best for you.
This week we are focussing on hidden stressors that can impact on our capacity to work at our best: trauma, vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue and systemic stressors. I'll be covering their symptoms and some solutions for releasing them. Heartfelt congratulations for taking this important step to acknowledge old events and the important lessons these can bring for us in our lives. It is so empowering to know more about ourselves, and to use this information to help us become more compassionate and aware.

This week we will be focussing more on difficult events you have experienced. During the course of the module, some emotions may arise. This is perfectly natural and should subside in the coming days, this is especially true if you come up with some new revelations about your past and current behaviour patterns. It will be especially important this week to ensure that we continue to follow through on our self care activities, as these will assist us to clear and release old events which have been holding us back.
