Welcome to Module 5
Welcome back!
This week we are going to build on our findings from the previous modules. Now that we have a more specific understanding of what supports we may need, I have prepared some useful information about some ways we can move through and release our experiences.
The focus this week is to reinspire and reignite some powerful energy.
One of the ways I have done this is to enlist alternative health practitioners on my team. I have found that engaging in direct talk therapy was helpful when I the emotions had decreased in intensity and I felt 100% comfortable and confident in the practitioners I had worked with.
There were however times when words could not adequately explain or reflect the intense emotions I was experiencing. During these times it was helpful to engage other professionals to help me. These practitioners were able to see my emotions as part of a much bigger equation. To them instead of just presenting with a strong emotional problem, they would also take into consideration big life events, my diet, my role and place it the family, my previous coping mechanisms and relationship patterns. I found these to be immensely helpful.
More than that though, I really learnt how our beliefs really shape our realities. I learnt how much our life view is dependent on the paradigm we start with. In this module we will look at our helpful and unhelpful beliefs and start digging under the surface. We also learn how we can start turning them around, without any additional input.
