Welcome to Module 3
Congratulations for completing the first 2 modules! This week we are focussing on you and your relationship with your job.
As usual, I will ask you to reflect on your experience of the last 2 weeks. In addition to doing some of the self care tasks, I invite you to create even more regular time to explore other aspects of yourself, other than work.
Now that we have worked through some useful emergency self care tools, reflected on our current relationships and explored some ways in which we can strengthen these we can now reflect on your unique working environment.
Sometimes when we are in the thick of things we can forget how unique and special we are. The career you have chosen is one which requires a set of skills and values that many people in the broader community do not have, and a double dose of resilience.
I have created a questionnaire for you to complete, which aims to dig a little deeper into your inner self, and uncover your true self.
